Chiropractic for Pregnancy

Whether this is your first or last pregnancy, self-care is unbelievably important. Maybe you’re just having some general aches and pains, or any of a myriad of unique symptoms that can present during pregnancy.

Research has shown that chiropractic care may lead to a shorter, less painful labour, with a faster recovery.

Chiropractic care during pregnancy is very gentle. My examinations include risk assessment for pelvic floor dysfunction or abdominal separation and plans to help you reduce your individual risk. It is always such an honour to care for a woman who is growing a little human in her belly.

Lay comfortably on my custom pregnancy pillows while I complete your examination – there’s a good chance you won’t ever want to get off them again! Techniques for pregnant women include applied kinesiology, webster, and musculoskeletal support.
