Everyone's nervous system is different and needs different things – so I'm not going to sell you something prescriptive that won't work for your unique needs. This protocol teaches you HOW to work with your nervous system first, so you can safely expand your capacity for movement.

  • No. This does not replace clinical advice. Particularly for conditions like POTS or other complex health issues – if you're under the guidance of a medical practitioner or specialist, this doesn't replace their advice. This protocol is designed to be used in conjunction with healthcare professionals.

  • I totally understand. The first step is the scariest, and having the mental capacity to begin can feel tricky when you're already depleted. But I've literally outlined every single step so you don't have to think about it. There's no mental load. It's as handholding as you can possibly be.
