Returning to Movement after chronic illness

Want to go deeper into rebuilding your capacity - while honouring your nervous system?

Introducing the The Return to Movement Deep Dive Workshop

Whether you're living with chronic fatigue, POTS, long COVID, postpartum depletion, or hypermobility – you know that getting back to movement (in the right way) will help you engage more fully in your life.

But you can’t keep pushing through like you used to.

Because here's the thing…

You’re trying to train your muscles instead of working with your nervous system first.

In this workshop, I will walk you through a step-by-step breakdown of how to rebuild your movement capacity without pushing your nervous system into crash mode.

If you’ve lived with chronic illness or dysautonomia, you know it’s not as simple as “just move more.”
This workshop is for the people who’ve tried that — and paid for it later.

Here, you’ll learn to work with your physiology instead of against it.

Take your first step towards LIVING. Only $49.

Why this matters..

When you start rebuilding your capacity, the line between progress and pushback can feel impossibly thin.

Most people stop because they think they’re “too sensitive” — when really, they just don’t have a roadmap.

This full workshop helps you:

  • Spot when your system is moving into stress before you flare

  • Understand your heart rate patterns and pacing window

  • Build confidence that your body can adapt again — safely

You’ll walk away knowing how to:

  • Warm up and cool down to support your vagus and autonomic balance

  • Track your capacity week to week without spiraling into “overdoing”

  • Adjust around stress, illness, or flare ups

  • Build trust in your body’s signals again

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been stuck between resting too much and crashing from too much movement

  • You want a clear path forward — that doesn’t rely on guesswork

  • You’re tired of “mind over matter” approaches that ignore physiology

  • You’re ready to build resilience instead of chasing recovery

You’re not starting over; you’re starting again, differently.

You don’t need to push harder. You need to work smarter with your nervous system.
Let this workshop show you exactly how.

Hi, I’m Carrie!

I’m a chiropractor, applied kinesiologist and vagus nerve educator. With BOTH lived and clinical experience in chronic fatigue syndrome and dysautonomia.

When I’m not meeting beautiful families during one-on-one-consults, I’m creating online resources to make holistic health easy to understand and implement. One thing I’m passionate about is supporting burnt out adults trust their body again, and get back to engaging in their life.

I take an empathetic approach to education and chiropractic care. My goal is to help you trust your intuition, learn about holistic health and set you on a path to wellness.
